Data Deletion Request

Your Right to Erasure

Under GDPR (Article 17), CCPA, Colombia's Ley 1581, and Brazil's LGPD, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
• All forms you created
• All responses collected through your forms
• Usage history and preferences

Note: Data that must be retained for legal compliance (e.g., billing records) will be anonymized and retained only as long as legally required.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — From your account (fastest)

Sign in → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be scheduled for deletion immediately and permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request to privacy@upperforms.com with:

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your account
• Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted

We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Via mobile app

Open the Upperforms app → Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data.

For Non-Registered Users

If you submitted a response to someone else's form and want your answer deleted, email us at privacy@upperforms.com with details about the form and your submission. The form owner may also be able to delete individual responses from their dashboard.
